| How do I block someone? |
You may block a member by
clicking “Block” after opening the
their mail or by viewing their profile and clicking
“Block Member”. To unblock members,
click “Blocked users” on your mail page
and select the member you wish to unblock.
Once a member is blocked,
the blocked member will no longer be able to
contact you through mail or instant messenger.
If you have been blocked by a member this will
be indicated if an attempt to contact the blocking
member is made. |
| How do I delete my profile? |
Since it’s free to
keep your profile on Fitness Singles, we recommend
you
hide your profile instead. Hiding your profile
prevents it
from being seen by other members and allows you
to reactivate at a later
time. To hide your account click My
Account from
the top menu then
click “Hide Profile". If you still want
to delete your
profile, simply click Remove Profile in
the My Account section.

| Why should I subscribe to Fitness Singles? |
| At Fitness Singles you are free
to create and post a profile, search profiles,
and tease via Show Interest. If someone
you are interested in has shown interest,
you must subscribe to begin the exchange of personal,
customized messages. Once subscribed you have
full access to all the features of the site. This
includes the unlimited sending and receiving of
emails and your very own private photo gallery
available only to members you choose! |
| How do I upgrade to Premium Membership? |
| You must first complete a profile
before subscribing. After your profile is complete
click Subscribe from the top menu after
logging in. Click here

You may pay
by credit card, check or money order. We accept

| What is the subscription cancellation
policy? |
Once your credit card has been charged,
your order is non-refundable, and
your subscription will auto-renew until you decide
to cancel.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain
active for the remainder of the time period for
which you paid, but your subscription will not
auto-renew at the end of that time period. Cancellation
request must be received at least 24 hours before
auto renewal date.

subscription on January 5th and then
cancel your subscription on January
20th, you will still be able to connect with
other subscribers until February 5th. |

If you purchase a three-month
subscription on May 14th, you will be
charged a discounted rate of $19.95 on August

| How do I cancel my paid membership? |
| You can cancel your subscription
at any time by clicking “Cancel Subscription” on the My Account page. Fitness Singles does not
prorate subscriptions. |
| What happens when I cancel my paid membership? |
| Cancellation of paid membership returns
your profile to free membership after the time period
for which you paid expires. Your profile is still
viewable by other members but you lose the ability
to initiate messages to members who are of interest
to you. You can remain a free member as long as
you like and upgrade your membership again at any
time if you see someone you would like to email. |

| How do I change my username or password? |
| To update your username information
in your profile, click on Edit profile
from the top menu then click edit username. Make
sure to press Save after your changes have been
made. To change your password, click My Account
from the top menu. Repopulate the Password and Confirm
password fields and press Save. |
| How do I change my email address? |
| To change your email address, click
My Account from the top menu. Repopulate
the Email address and Confirm Address fields and
press Save. |
| How do I change my zip code? |
| To change your zip code, click My
Account from the top menu. Repopulate the
Zip/Postal code field and press Save. |
| How do I temporarily Inactivate/Hide
my account? |
| Inactivating/hiding your profile
prevents it from being seen by other members and
allows you to reactivate at a later time. Click My
Account
from the top menu then check Hide
profile. To reactivate and show your profile,
click "Show profile". |

isn’t
my profile coming up in searches? |
There are two possible reasons for
this:
1. Your profile has recently been posted or updated
so it is being reviewed for quality content.
2. You have inactivated/hid your account (click My
Account click Show profile
to reactivate and show your profile.) |

to my profile? |
There are a variety of reasons
which may cause this. Make sure you’ve done everything
in the list below to improve your chances of
being noticed!

| What is a Private Photo? |
| Anytime you add a photo you
have the option of making it private. Private photos
are not viewable by other members and cannot be
seen on the website. Premium members are allowed
to attach private photos when sending emails at
their own discretion to whomever they choose. Any
submitted photo which is deemed to be of a sexual
nature or otherwise inappropriate will be removed
and may result in your membership being canceled. |
| How do I submit a photo for posting? |
| Direct upload
1.
Click the “Add/Edit Photos” link from the top navigation
on the website.
2. Click “Add Primary
Photo” to
upload the photo that will display in searches or click “Add
More Photos” to
upload additonal photos that will appear in your photo
gallery.
3. Click the “Browse” button
to upload a photo from your hard drive. Choose the file
directory where your photo is located, then select and
upload the photo from your hard drive. |
Email

Upload does not work for you then please click

Postal Mail
If you don’t have digital photos or a scanner,
we can scan your photos for you. Please make sure to
write your username on the back of every photo.

for photos? |
| Before photos are approved, they
go through our screening and approval process to
ensure a safe and pleasant online environment. If
you would like your photo to be posted as quickly
as possible, please make sure to follow these guidelines:
Sexually explicit or offensive
photos are not permitted.
You
must appear in your photo.
Your
photos file size should not exceed 1MB.
Your photo must be one of the
following standard file types: JPEG, GIF or BMP.
No copyrighted material
We recommend submitting a clear headshot and
full body shot to increase the quality of your
profile.
Please allow 24 hours for us to review your
photo. When your photo is approved, it will automatically
appear in your profile. An approval notification
will be sent to your Fitness Singles email account. |

| How do I do a basic search on Fitness
Singles? |
| If you click “Search” in
the left menu, by default will be taken to the
“Basic Search” page. |

does the Previous Search
function do? |
| The Previous Search function
displays results from your most recent search. This
convenient feature allows you pick up where you
left off and return to the most recent listing of
results produced by your last search. |
| Why do I not get any results? |
| If you dont get any results,
try broadening your search criteria. In particular,
increase the Located within category
or try expanding the age range you are looking for.
If this does not produce any results there may not
be any matching your criteria at this time. The
good news is that we're adding hundreds of new profiles
everyday so dont give up! |

in you as well as profiles youve expressed an interest in. Lets
look at the Who's Interested? area first since its the most
important! This area divides profiles into three categories:
Shown Interest
Click Shown Interest to see members who
have used the
Show Interest feature

Emailed You
Click Emailed You to see members who have
sent you email via the Email Me! feature
Saved
Your Profile
These are members who have saved
your profile via the Save
Profile feature. Maybe you'll hear from them soon!
You can also keep track of profiles you have expressed interest in

| Whos seen me? is
a fun section which allows you to see whos
been checking out your profile. The page is automatically
sorted by the most recent viewings first. |

Like the name implies, show interest
is a quick, fun way to show someone that youre
interested. Press Show Interest
and youll have a chance to read the prepared
tease before sending. You are only allowed to tease
each member once. |

stored in the Whos Interesting?
section of your account for future reference. To
